Appsential LLC Awarded Re-compete of DOE iManage Contract
$56M Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity, Single Award Contract
Germantown, MD January 30, 2015 - The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) has awarded Appsential LLC an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for iManage Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Support Services. The period of performance for this five year single award IDIQ begins effective January 5th 2015 with the base year award valued at $56M.
Under this new contract, Appsential will continue to manage a set of integrated enterprise-wide financial, procurement, and business intelligence solutions and supporting applications. Appsential has been the prime contractor performing O&M of DOE iManage including STARS, STRIPES, IDW, and iPortal and providing business process support to DOE Office of the CFO and Procurement for the last 7 years without interruption. “This contract award underscores the current level of performance provided by Appsential to the iManage program and its stakeholders,” said Kirby Brace, Appsential COO. “We look forward to the opportunity to continue our long-standing relationship with DOE and supporting the mission of the Department.”
