Appsential LLC Awarded SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) Multiple Award Contract

Appsential LLC has been selected by the United States Navy to provide engineering and product support services as a SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPorte) prime contractor in each of the U.S. Navy's seven geographic regions. Authorized users include all warranted contracting officers of Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP), Military Sealift Command, Strategic Systems Program (SSP), Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC), Office of Naval Research, and the US Marine Corps. These SeaPort-e ordering activities also were given authority to obtain limited support from other DoD, non-DoD, or Joint agencies for work that is integrally related to missions under the contract
With a ceiling value of more than $3 billion, this multiple award, indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (ID/IQ) contract has a period of performance through April 2019. The potential contract value to Appsential is more than $100 million for the period ending April 2019.
Under the contract, Appsential LLC will have the opportunity to provide engineering, technical, logistics and programmatic support services to NAVSEA, its 12 Product Area Directorates, and all naval surface and undersea warfare centers and laboratories. Appsential’s program office will be in Germantown, M.D., with work performed around the country as determined by contract requirements.
