New Vice President Program Management
Germantown, MD October, 2013 - Appsential LLC announced today that Vikram Chopra has joined the company as Vice President in their Program Management organization.

Vikram brings 19 years of consulting and industry experience to Appsential's clients. He has deep expertise in Oracle based technologies including E-Business suite and BI Analytics. He has successfully developed enterprise roadmaps and delivered integrated solutions that provide recognizable business value to his customers.

Prior to joining Appsential, Vikram held multiple leadership positions at IBM and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he guided IBM teams to deliver complex strategic global projects in Industrial, Distribution, and Financial Services sectors. He served as Oracle and JD Edwards leader in IBM's Delivery Excellence organization where he was responsible for successful delivery of large-scale transformational Oracle E-Business suite and JD Edwards engagements led by IBM Global Business Services teams.
Vikram is responsible for Appsential's Program Management, leading large project teams that are focused on driving innovation to increase effectiveness and efficiency at government agencies primarily through Oracle and Compusearch based technologies. His work at Appsential encompasses Oracle Federal Financials, OBIEE, Oracle PPM, Primavera P6, and Compusearch PRISM planning, implementations and integrations. His teams deliver end-to-end process and technology projects across financial management, procurement management, program portfolio management, project accounting, business intelligence and predictive analytics, and information governance.
Vikram holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics and a Master's degree in Computer Applications. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2005 and has recently acquired ITIL certification.
